Is There a Way to Create Lists Based on Form Responses?

I would like to create a list based on form responses, for example, “every form submission where the field X contains Y text”

How can I do it?

My main interest with this task is create lists based on utm fields data. Example: On Form “Leads”, Field “utm_source” contains “Google”
