Help creating deal automation – create new deal with close date being the last day of next month

Hi Hubspot community! I’m pretty new to Hubspot and I’m trying to set up a deals pipeline that essentially resets each month. My Customer Success team has a goal to get each of their accounts to complete a specifc action in the product every month.

 

This way they can look at the pipeline for the month and easily see which accounts completed the action and which accounts they need to reach out to complete the action.

 

The way I have it set up, has an automation that creates a new deal whenever they close that months deal.

 

My question is, how do I automate the new deal to have a start date be the FIRST day of the following month and the close date be the LAST day of the following month.

 

Example:  I close a deal on November 15th, the automation should create a new deal with a start date of December 1st and a close date of December 31st.
